Class type
Gentle Hatha (on-site): This class is for you if you are new to the practice, have been away from the practice or just want a bit more cueing
Therapeutic class (on-site): This class is for those who have particular needs that they would like to address through their yoga practice.
Moderate Hatha Flow class (on-site) : This class will include a variety of asana practices which will build on strength and mobility.
Yin/Yang Class: With the use of body weight and resistance bands, this class offers a balance of strength, mobility and ease.
Somatic Yoga Class: A soothing, supportive practice for those navigating chronic pain or trauma. This class helps calm the nervous system, ease tension, and foster new patterns of movement and wellbeing.
One-on-one private yoga class: 30 min and 60 min sessions. Contact me to learn more
